Publish, monitor, and review outputs

Once your test run looks good, publish the workflow.

Publish

Turn on Publish to enable the workflow.

Monitor

After publishing, monitor workflows in:

• the History tab in Studio
• the Workflow inbox
• workflow monitoring and run views in the app

Review outputs

Public outputs currently include:

• text
• html
• email
• slides
• file

Depending on the workflow, you may be able to:

• mark items read or unread
• approve or reject items when required
• archive items
• download files
• copy or share outputs where supported

A workflow is not done when it runs.

It is done when the result is useful.
