Rox Academy

Rox Academy is Rox's free online training and certification platform. It helps users get up and running with Rox quickly, deepen their expertise with advanced GTM workflows, and earn a shareable certification upon completion.

Rox Academy is publicly available. Anyone, including prospective customers, can enroll, complete the courses, and earn a Rox certification.

Accessing Rox Academy

You can access Rox Academy directly from within your Rox account:

1. Log in to your Rox account at rox.com.
2. Hover over the Help icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
3. Click Training.
4. Click on the course you'd like to take.
5. Click Enroll Now.
6. After enrolling, navigate to My Dashboard to track your progress.

Note: Rox Academy uses your Rox SSO login — no separate account creation is required.

Certification

Upon completing a course, you'll receive a Rox Academy certification. Certifications can be shared on LinkedIn to showcase your AI and GTM skills.

Tracking Progress

After enrolling in any course, you can track your progress by clicking My Dashboard from the top navigation in Rox Academy.

For team leads and admins, course enrollment and completion metrics are available for all users within your organization.
